I'm a complete newb and this is my first post (and i can't find the forum rules).So i'm looking for a good GBA/GBC/GB emulator,can anyone help?
btw,i know nothing about this forum or SliTaz itself!

Go to http://pkgs.slitaz.org
Select Description in the left box
Type "emulator" in the center box
Click the Search button
Scroll down
You find:
[c]visualboyadvance An emulator for Gameboy and Gameboy Advance systems.
visualboyadvance-gtk An emulator for Gameboy and Gameboy Advance systems (GTK frontend).[/c]
Open a terminal
Type [c]sudo tazpkg -gi visualboyadvance-gtk[/c]
Type root password (default: root)
Wait
Play
PS: I don't know if its a /good/ emulator; but it seems to be the only one in the repo!

was i supposed to install these:

or something?because all i did was this:

You have to be connected to the internet so the package manager can download all required packages.
Go to menu: Applications/Games/Visualboy GTK+
VBA window opens.
Click File/Open to navigate to the game rom.
Click the Open button to load the game.

I was connected to the internet(obviously)and i did exaclty that earlier,i opened Applications/Games/Visual Boy AdvanceGTK+ and i got this message:
Failed to load glade file '/usr/games/VisualBoyAdvance/vba.glade'

Installing visualboyadvance-gtk auto-installed depends visualboyadvance which owns vba.glade on my system.
Open terminal,login as root,install visualboyadvance.
[c]tazpkg -gi visualboyadvance[/c]
[c]tux@slitaz:~$ tazpkg search-pkgname /usr/games/VisualBoyAdvance/vba.glade[/c]

and yes i did install and reinstall VBA and VBA-GTK
I ran:
tazpkg depends visualboyadvance-gtk grep visualboyadvance
and got a whole buch of dependecies thingies,which i couldn't copy here because xterm doesn't allow that.
