Firefox 38.3 ESR

Would it be possible to upgrade the Firefox 17 ESR which is in the repositories to the nowadays actual ESR version (38.3 i believe)?

And: Would it be possible to provide the language packages for the firefox-official which is in the repositories too (i do not succeed in getting work any language package i installed to Firefox 41 which i installed from the Slitaz mirrors)?
