Well I'm trying to install Viber 32 bit under wine on SliTaz 5.2 RC. I installed wine and winetricks from package manager. The machine is an OmniBook XE3 with a Pentium 3 and 384mb ram, but I think it's enough to run at least 4.x.x versions of Viber that are sized under 1.5mb.
Whenever I'm trying to install latest version I get the following error:

I'm also getting an error about gdi32.dll also when running notepad.exe though it runs.
Is there any way to fix this now in 2015?

Really, it is a bit of a bit of a bit: user who uses the SliTaz, who run the Wine, and started the Viber installer on it. Do you know a solution? I will not look for the solution on my own (I'm far beyond of that "bit of a bit") but try to apply it to SliTaz, if you tell me how.
BTW, is your Viber required Windows 64bit? If yes, then is your PC 64bit and is your Wine supported 64bit applications? I quickly looked for Viber for Linux and found that only 64bit systems are supported under Linux, but I unsure about Windows. And here system requirements I found:

Well, viber is not officialy supported for 32bit linux, though there is a 32bit version for Windows. That's why wine is the only solution and around the web you'll find that it's a very common solution among viber users. And no one complains about wine. It just runs out of the box, even the latest versions. The specs above are for video call. Viber 4.x.x doesn't support video calls and it's less than 1.5mb. It doesn't need anything more than a P3 for a text messaging application.
The problem comes on SliTaz, and that's why I'm posting it on SliTaz forum. I've googled it more than 5 hours, but nothing related to it. So if someone has already solved it, why not to share his solution?
And the problem is not related to Viber at all. These errors appear on every application run under wine and there is also an old thread about it.
So I don't understand why I should not ask for assistance. If you know nothing about the topic, just don't waste your time even writing about why I shouldn't ask for help...

Since you didn't give any context, it's very understandable that others will first gather information on this software, find a Linux version, crazy hardware requirements and so on.
Now, I don't want to be flamed for not helping, so here are my 2 cents: try installing "vanilla" Wine from their site. If that makes Viber work, then you'll blame it on SliTaz. Hints: winehq rates Viber as Platinum with Wine 1.5.31 . Ver. 1.7.16 (Slitaz's) is unstable.

Yes, the official viber website did not tell me anything about the current version number, or the fact that somewhere you can download the old version, as well as about what their size and system requirements.

I'm sorry, I'm not going to install wine and viber to solve your problem. Indeed, there are many other interesting things to spend my time. Things that are useful for my family, me, or for all users of SliTaz, because it is my main hobby.
So I wrote, if you find a solution, write it here. I'll made changes to the SliTaz packages for other users of SliTaz.
