tazpkg (not beta) upgrades blocked packages

Hi,

I've just tried to upgrade my packages (wanting to use the new poedit), and found that tazpkg upgrades packages whatever their "blocked" status. (I've blocked e.g. java-jre so that Sun Java doesn't get overwritten by icedtea.) Is this a known bug?

If tazpkg-beta does not have the bug and is nearly ready to be released, this can wait, otherwise a patch would be most welcome (the code is too intricate for me to suggest one).

Solved by the new tazpkg.
