How to upgrade Slitaz 4 RC2 to RC3.

Hello,

I think I'm posting this to the right area. I have only recently discovered Slitaz and it's absolutely fantastic! I have it down to a three second boot time! I am running RC2 of v4.0 and was wondering how I can upgrade to RC3. I come from an Ubuntu background and so would normally run sudo apt-get update and then sudo apt-get dist-upgrade. How do I do this in Slitaz so I'm on the very latest release?
