Could not connect: Connection refused

When i want to run package manager is see this error: Could not connect: Connection refused

any one knows why or how to sove this?

i can use web browsing so i have an Internet connection i can install packages to tazpkg command so i have access to the repo

Hi,

Do you have apache installed? There was a bug that has just been corrected, so update it if it is installed.

(This is not a network problem: tazpanel uses a _local_ HTTP server, probably it is not running for some reason we will have to find.)

edit: please tell what you mean exactly by "running the package manager".
