TOR package update (current version is >16 months old)

The tor version we have currently is >16 months old. (1)

The last version in that series (2) is 8 months old

The tor 0.2.5.x series had 12 releases,

The 0.2.6.x series: 9 releases

and the current 0.2.7.x series is at tor-0.2.7.6.tar.gz from 1 week ago (3).

I've compiled and run the 0.2.7.6 already, seems to work fine.

I'd be grateful for a new tor tazpkg-package.

A short test seems good:

1. start tor + set up as socks in browser

2. go to https://check.torproject.org

3. OK: msg: "Congratulations. This browser is configured to use Tor"
