1) happy, that spacefm is again under developement - spacefm developement stopped for quite a long time, so it was removed from sliTaz cooking live cd - http://hg.slitaz.org/wok/rev/fc790c298ba1
2) but what do you want with hald - the advantage of spacefm is, to work with very lightwight udevil.

I use spacefm and user mounting works (I can provide my package list if needed, maybe it doesn't work with the bare ISO). Maybe you can give a non-working example?
If the device is listed in fstab, it must have option "user" I think.

Have finded one solution, but seem more insecure....
on file /etc/udevil/udevil.con find and change the row content
allowed_internal_devices = >>
allowed_internal_devices = *
and as root on terminal then this command
chmod +s /usr/bin/udevil
and it work... but another problem is on spacefm compled with udevil support. On this mode have too more submenu and not it my preferred goal...

Hi again gibor,
The suid bit should already be set. Also you should be a little bit less permissive : /dev/sd* /dev/hd*, instead of *!
But really, I think it should not be done on the official ISO: because it is not only a Live system, it can also be installed. And such permissions are a bad idea on a multi-user system (you wouldn't want the SliTaz servers to be weak, would you? ;-) ). So to summarize:
- when the ISO is used as Live, it is easy to mount without editing udevil.conf: just become root, the password is easy ;-)
- when the system is installed, you have several options, the simpler is to add your devices to fstab (that's what I did) with option "user"; or "auto", and the devices are mounted at boot. You may also put the exact device into udevil.conf (like /dev/sda1).

I'm not sure I understand what you say (if you're Italian as I think, tell me in Italian, I think I'll understand):
- Do you want something simpler than modifying fstab? (Why is it complicated?)
- Or do you want guidance on editing fstab?
Also, are you talking about the Live version, or an already installed system?

Questo dovrebbe avvenire sia in live, che su installazioni ordinarie.
