Recent libgcrypt update seems to have broken X

Hello,

It seems that the recent update of libgcrypt killed X on my netbook: on boot I am greeted with command prompt only, and attempt to startx results in

"Xorg: error while loading shared libraries: libgcrypt.so.11: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory".

I tried tazpkg search-file libgcrypt on the affected netbook, and found libgcrypt.so, libgcrypt.so.20 and libgcrypt.so.20.1.1 in package libgcrypt, whereas doing the same on the working (not yet upgraded) SliTaz install inside a virtual machine finds the .11 version.

Any advise on how to fix this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Zann,

Today rebuilded packages are available on the mirror.

If you have Internet on your console, please log in as root and update the "xorg-server" package:

[c]tazpkg recharge
tazpkg -gi xorg-server --forced[/c]
Consider to update all your packages installed:

[c]tazpkg up[/c]

This did the trick, although it took a few hours for the updated xorg-server package to show up on the mirror.
