gitk

hello folks,

is there a reason for gitk not being included in the git or git-gui packages?

wouldnt it be useful with git-gui?

Attached is a standalone git-gitk package where I used git-gui/receipt as a template.

I don't have the time to modify git and/or git-gui packages to add gitk and its msg files.
