You just need to type the commands at the terminal.
You can use the SliTaz 5.0 rolling, which is the latest version.

Hello, I try some 5 version with cd live. Each time I try to install Smtube either by command tazpkg -gi smtube either by the package managrt, the pc stops on a black screen. A problem of screen ? I tryed to chance parameters but I just found "auto" and "1024x728" . What Can I do ?? Thanks.

maybe I got a wifi connection on slitaz 5 live. But internet is very fast .
When I try to install smtube, I 'm said that 6 libs are needed. So libs are installed until the fifth one: libwebkit (something like this) . In a first time Libwebkit is installed but it's noticed that something is innapropriate and ..black screen on slitaz without menu, application ...Cursor becomes very very very slow . Is it a problem of graphic pilot ??

It is no free memory. Try slitaz-rolling-loram.iso , maybe with swap or run [c]tazpkg -gi linux-zram[/c] and run it for virtual swap RAM

BTW I found no way to download video using [c]smtube[/c] without "coding" $(ps | grep ...) It is not needed to install anything. On livecd videos downloaded automatically to [c]/tmp[/c] directory with tux permissions, just do not close browser window, wait until downloaded then rename

hello, I 'm french and newbee so it's a little bit difficult to understand.
I tryed with ethernet: noway : black screen just after lbwebkit install
If I well understood, I haven't got memory enough.
