get-texlive fault, general latex questions

hey there guys,

i noticed an error in the get-texlive install script. in line 150 the closing "fi" is stated before the echo command. this hinders the installation.

could someone fix it in the repo?

another question:

are latexmk and pdflatex not included in the texlive distro in purpose?

latexmk i could convert from a debian package, pdflatex i cannot find anywhere..

could anyone help? i need it to build a pdf.

Hoping you'll get notified of this late answer...

What scheme did you install? Launch [c]tlmgr --gui[/c] and select "Installed" & "Schemes".

pdflatex is of course included in Texlive: it is in the "latex-bin" package.

latexmk is in package... "latexmk" ;-)

In the GUI you have to load a repo to see uninstalled packages.

Also in http://cook.slitaz.org/cooker.cgi?files=get-texlive I don't see the problem you mention (and it's dated 23rd May 2016).
