Huawei 4G Hostspot (e5573s-606) not working

I was trying to connect my Huawei 4G Hostspot (e5573s-606) in Slitaz to connect to the internet but it does not connect to the internet rather it mounts it as Removable Storage drive.

On the same computer I have multiboot Windows 7,when I connect Huawei 4G Hostspot over there it gets connected to internet and also shows it as removable drive.I must tell that 1 st time I connected it to Windows 7,at that time it auto installed some drivers and afterwards internet started to work.

Can anyone give a solution,may be some drivers are needed or some different configuration.

You need to install usb-modeswitch package to switch to the modem.

But the SliTaz package is far to be update: 2012-05-31! ; could someone update it ?

Install usbutils.

Connect the Huawei, wait it is detected, open a terminal, type [c]lsusb[/c] and post the answer.

I'll try to have a look to your problem but not easy without the device.
