Hi Andrei,

In the upper right corner of your screenshot I see your current user is andreid, but you make change the button appearance for the user root. You'll see the result immediately only in one case: the LXPanel is running from the user for which you make the changes. Instead try to log out and log in back under user for which you make the changes to see the effect (in your case: log out and log in as root).
