busybox wont update

in the tazpanel when I do check updates theres one for busybox from 1.23.2 to 1.26.2.

It gets installed and states 'Package "busybox-pam" (1.26.2) is installed.'

but on the next boot up or if I check updates again..it reports one for busybox from 1.23.2 to 1.26.2...as if nothing happened

found a solution:

downloaded busybox from tuxfamily.org and used tazpkg --forced to reinstall.

Now no update message on reboot and no listing of busybox on upgrade.
