How to get missing printer driver ?

hello, at my job  I 've a pc with slitaz 4 and a  RICOH aficio MP C305 PCL 5c. With cups I found black and white drivers.

So how can I provide a colour printer driver ? On Linux mint it exists but not on slitaz.

Have you tried to download the ppd file for this printer and point to it when you are configuring the printer? Just a suggestion.
