need systemctl and pacman

hello programers:

I need this command, to try/debug my wi fi,

systemctl restart wpa_supplicant

I don't have these 2 commands in my 5.0

when I tried: wpa_cli scan_result

Failed to connet to non-global ctrl_ifname:(null) error No such file or directory

I search web, it look need to modify/replace code in some file.  is that right?
