Hello.
I have been using slitaz since 5.0 RC3, and currently using RC4 build 2017-01-15, both live and installed modes.
I have felt curiosity to try the 64 bit build given the overall tendency in general, but just recently increased because I have always used firefox as preferred browser, and recent news said firefox will most likely drop 32 bit support at short or mid term. Oh, and I always download latest version from mozilla website whenever I use livecd, so of course I need to install gtk+3 package.
But after reading some threads here, I'm doubting about it a bit..
Is current slitaz 64 build nearly as stable as current preferred 32 bit slitaz in general? Hexchat, firefox, pulseaudio...
Is it at least usable or is it actually quite buggy?
Can firefox 64 bit really run cleanly on it?
Also, back in RC3 I built zandronum from source for some old gaming. It worked seemingly well. When moving to RC4 it also worked without needing to rebuild it entirely; I only had to copy the program entire folder, install some few packages it needs and run the executable.
I read slitaz 64 only has kernel and some few basic libraries 64 bit, but all rest of packages are still 32 bit. Could I do the same thing with zandronum on slitaz 64, without rebuilding it?
Thanks.

Hi guest_account,
alanyih working on his own SliTaz 64-bit version. For example, see here:
http://forum.slitaz.org/topic/slitaz-x86_64
https://github.com/alanyih/slitaz-x86_64
You can try to mail him.
I'm working (since December, 2016) on upgrading SliTaz 32-bit to the latest upstream versions of the packages (very slowly). I not touched 64-bit at all.

He hasn't been active here in the forums for quite a while already, and there's no email address in his github site.
Isn't mojo around here anymore?

If you want to mail him, he has a box at yahoo.com.
His blog may be also interesting for you: http://alanyih.blogspot.com/
It looks like his realization of SliTaz 64-bit works as Docker container.
No other 64-bit SliTaz realizations AFAIK, anyway.

@Aleksej: his email address is nowhere to be found in the link you posted. Also it seems his build is certainly docker only, not liveCD or install media...
@mojo:
Any word about the thread by chance?
