Hello,
Can anyone help please ?
I've configured claws-mail in slitaz (rolling-core 5.0) in EXACTLY the same way as I've configured it in other linux distro's (Lubuntu & Fedora) and also Windows.
Specifically (https://help.1and1.co.uk/mail-c65093/1and1-mail-basic-c40987/getting-started-c43521/set-up-e-mail-clients-using-imap-or-pop3-a619070.html)
Setting IMAP
Incoming Server imap.1and1.co.uk
Port with SSL enabled 993
Outgoing Server (SMTP) auth.smtp.1and1.co.uk
Outgoing port with TLS enabled 587
Outgoing server requires authentication
(user name and password)? Yes
Yet I get the error "SSL handshake failed" with the same settings in slitaz
Any ideas ?
(If I disable SSL and just use standard ports 143 and 25 then everything works, but that isn't a solution I want to use)
Thanks in advance,
Steve

Sylpheed worked for me on imap4 ssl where claws-mail failed with SSL handshake error.
Not sure if TLS will work as it's not required on my server.

Did you tried this package?
http://pkgs.slitaz.org/?info=cacerts
Just install...Gnutls must use it too:

I have just installed an available update to Claws-Mail (updated to 3.15.1) and SSL with IMAP now works.
Thank you to the developers :-)
