Request for some packages fixing

Since many threads were recently lost I'd like to reiterate just once more a request help for a couple of packages.

Last time I tried installing get-rar package it still tried to connect to rarlab website through http port 80 by default. Since rarlab website switched to https port 443 get-rar now attempted to connect twice instead of just once. IIRC it was mentioned somewhere in one of the lost threads that a new get-rar package was available, but is it really available for slitaz 5.0 as well?

Also, tried to build latest hexchat from source and totally failed. Guess it's true what someone mentioned in another lost thread: it requires more recent versions of libraries. But Aleksej did say not interested nor likes the idea, even though it wouldn't be useless. How many security issues may have a 3-year-old version of irc client!?

Regarding get-rar package on 5.0 this is what I mean after package was installed as of today:
