How to fix video Flickering and wifi in Dell laptop?

I have installed Slitaz but right now it's not responding like other Linux distributions. I can't play HD videos and I am unable to connect wifi on my latitude d620 laptop.I have vlc installed on my disk but whenever I play any HD file it hangs a lot. Sorry for my bad English.

did you install intel video driver?

I have installed video drivers and lxqt now its working but sound still not clear and it takes enough time to load video files. although I have 2gb RAM and 1gb SWAP space with Core2due Processor
