laptop becomes very warm

my laptop becomes actually very warm especially if a browser is open and I don't use the laptop (why? to preserve the opened url's without to have to make bookmarks only for 2 sessions, the actual and the next one).

what is to check?

how to control the internal temperature in the bar?
