My current SliTaz version whaich I am using is: SliTaz GNU/Linux - 5.0-RC4 20180226

I want to know what is the latest? Am I using an old version?

It depends...

A fresh rolling iso has currently this:

But if you keep your packages uptodate, you should be also on the newest slitaz

btw: tomorrow comes a new iso again:
