The SliTaz community has moved to Maille, a forum made for SliTaz.

We looked hard for a replacement for this aging forum, including a move from bbPress to FluxBB last June. But spam bots now get through sign-up even with mail confirmation, and these forum engines are barely maintained anymore. So we wrote a forum in the SliTaz spirit: small, fast, no JavaScript, works on old machines and in text browsers. Everything here stays readable.

Midori & CP 1251

Good morning, friends! Midori browser does not understand the encoding CP 1251 (Windows-1251). How can I fix it? Thank you in advance))

Привет!

Возможно, тебе поможет мой старый совет на старом форуме.

Вкратце и по-русски: для SliTaz 3.0 нужно было установить пакет glibc-locale. После этого все программы становятся способными работать с кодировками, отличными от UTF-8.

А для текущей версии — не знаю, нужно попробовать.
