Hi,
I installed Slitaz 5.0 kernel 3.2.53, a few years back on an old P4 computer and did a lot of work to get the old ATI graphics card working. I got all the functionality going at that time.
Today, I pulled out the system from storage and thought of using the machine for another project but noticed that when I recharge there are no updates shown (which is impossible as I have not updated it for at least 2 years) and no upgrades are shown. When I run tazpkg on cli I get a error message in the tazpkg script saying 'tazpkg-find-depends' cannot be found.
Short of reinstalling (which I rather not do if possible considering the tweaks I had to do to get the graphics going) is there any way to fix this update problem? The system is working find as is - just that I cannot update the packages.
Thanks

OK worked out what was wrong.
/usr/bin/tazpkg script was looking for /usr/lib/tazpkg/tazpkg-find-depends file. I did a search and found out that there is no tazpkg-find-depends but there is /usr/libexec/tazpkg/find-depends so I changed the tazpkg script accordingly and now can do recharge and updates.
Don't ask me how it got changed in the first place but at the moment I am doing all the updates!!
