Bugs on Tazpanel, tazpkg, and others

hello I notice some bugs on tazpanel:

boot.cgi: slim and httpd must be not included on manage daemon

network.cgi: detecting the state of eth using /sys/class/net/eth0/operstate relies on "up" only instead of "up or unknown". Even if the eth was up and connected. The start button was stil

enabled instead of stop button.

Here are some bugs that I noticed on other slitaz components:

tagpkg-box: if the tazpkg-box runs for the first time the package information was not properly rendered because of getenv.sh . To fix this getenv.sh must run prior to starting X.

tazpkg

- by specifiying the package name only on install command for example: tazpkg install gmtp.tazpkg ; It cannot detect the current working folder.

- if the slitaz package contains gio modules tazpkg does not update gio module cache. I suggest that query-giomodules must be triggered if the slitaz package has gio modules

Others

- the slitaz scripts was hardly readable. Please make it more developer friendly and easily readable
