Is there any newer SliTaz packages-4.0.iso?

I'm looking for the latest packages-4.0.iso.

newer than 2016.

its for non internet connected pc.

Stable release is preferable than rolling, if available, but i dont want RC release.

i guess i'm stuck at 4.0.

is good enough for now.

i hope when a stable, non-rolling release coming soon with this kind of ISO.
