Improve documentation with information on applicable version

Because it is not always easy to recognize, for which version of SliTaz the documentation in the wiki or manuals is valid, I suggest to indicate this by appropriate icons or texts.

A good example how that can be done is for example at

selfhtml.

The information for the existing documentation can of course only be supplied by maintainers, who know SliTaz from the beginning.

But everyone updating existing or writing new documentation (in English) should feel obliged to add information about the SliTaz (or product) version, for which the document (or section) is valid.

Every translator of documentation should preserve this information in her translation.

I think that would be very helpful, especially for newcomers.
