file-roller is missing

I noticed that the file-roller (an archive manager) was missing in the any slitaz repo.

Xarchiver a light weight clone of file-roller is available in cooking and 5.0 repo.

@mojo but drag and drop compress/extract and also desktop integration not included on xarchiver unlike xarchive which can drag and drop and right click the select folder or file and select Compress/Extract
