Rolling or Fixed point ?

Slitaz 5.0 is called "rolling", but is that because it's just at the release candidate stage, before the final distribution release? Or, is it a "true rolling" release, i.e. I only need to install it once on my laptop.

The confusion arises as Distrowatch list Slitaz editions 1 to 5 as having a "fixed point" release model. If they are all fixed point, how long is the life cycle for support for each edition ?  Also, Distrowatch lists the desktop as "Openbox", whereas I've seen this stated as "LXDE" elsewhere - which is it ?
