Which one: firefox-official or firefox ESR?

In the Slitaz5 TazPanel, there is a choice between two different firefox browsers:

Firefox ESR 17.0.11  or  Firefox-official 69.0

The most important considerations are speed and security. With this in mind, which one should I choose for an Intel Atom notebook (Samsung N145, single core CPU@1.66GHz) ?

Many thanks for any help and advice with this.

Thankyou Ceel, this link was useful.

Elsewhere, I read that firefox-ESR is more suited to Fixed-release distros (as they're updated less often), whereas firefox-official is better adapted for the Rolling-release distros. Since Slitaz5 = rolling, I think I'll stick with firefox-official so that I can get the regular updates, which of course is better for browser security.

@terrybull - many thanks for your reply.

I'm running Firefox-official version 69 and have no problems with it running on Slitaz5 32-bit on my single-core Intel Atom netbook. It's just a little bit laggy compared to other browsers (midori, chromium), but that's a firefox issue, as it's apparently very resource-hungry. It also shows this comparative lag on other more powerful laptops here at home.
