Add recompile option for slitaz cooker

I noticed that when a newer package is cooked on the slitaz cooker the other package in the repo broke due to its dependencies was compiled against was replaced with new version.

Could you please improve the cooker by upon successful compiling of newer version of a packages, it will search for the other packages depend on the new package and it will be recompiled. This will occured if there is a change of version on the packages

For example if enchant was updated to the newer/older version. The Tazweb, Midori, and other packages depend on enchant will be automatically recompiled against the new version of enchant.

You can recompile a package using tazweb (checked by HTTP_USER_AGENT).

You should see a Recook <package> button at http://cook.slitaz.org/cooker.cgi?pkg=package bottom.
