"blocked" in Build Bot page?

Hi,

I do not understand what does "Blocked" mean on this page http://bb.slitaz.org/ ?

I thought that an error occurred during compilation process. But when looking at "zip", the page does not state any error for zip:

http://bb.slitaz.org/log.php?version=cooking&package=zip

Moreover, why the same packages appear few times in this "blocked" list?

It would be nice if someone could explain this to me.
