How to change the background image in slitza 4.0

Hi im very new to openbox and i dont know anything,so my qustion is how can i change the background image on slitza

also what commands is slitza using (apt,yum,zypper,...)

Dbl-click My Documents icon on Desktop

Edit/Preferences/Desktop tab/Wallpaper

what commands is slitza using (apt,yum,zypper,...)
