samba: need to fix dependency

samba needs only libcups as one of its dependencies. But on its package receipt, it stated as cups as one of the on the  samba's dependencies. I sucessfully ran samba without installing cups, only libcups. Please fix the package receipt of samba. This will make the network component was fully independent with printer component
