Re: get-LibreOffice broken

There's a couple other recent threads about libreoffice and I don't understand it all myself.  But for sure, one of them has a link to version 5.4 that defininately work along with instructions for purging other versions.

Libreoffice stopped supporting 32-bit as of version 6.3.  So that get-libreoffice trying to get the newest doesnt know that, and gets confused.  You can tell it to get 6.2.8.2 but that only half worked for me... maybe it'll work right for you...

get-LibreOffice --version=6.2.8.2

I don't know if any of the 6.x work with Slitaz tho.  Waiting for more info myself.

Re: get-LibreOffice broken

Hi,

Thank you for your answer.

It's OK for me with:

get-LibreOffice --version=6.2.8.2

What's your problem with this solution?

Re: get-LibreOffice broken

It doesn't actually work for me.  After you posted, I tried again, but no luck. It appears to complete, but doesn't install libreoffice.   Nothing in menu, and only four files in /usr/lib/libreoffice6.2/program which is where I think soffice is supposed to be (where /usr/bin/libreoffice points)
