vlc post-install command

Please add this command on post_install() function of vlc package receipt

/usr/lib/vlc/vlc-cache-gen /usr/lib/vlc/plugins/

Also add this command on post_remove() function of vlc package receipt

rm -f /usr/lib/vlc/plugins/plugins.dat

This fix will help to vlc to work nicely on slitaz
