full vlc player gui for slitaz

Since Qt5 was introduced on the repo. Maybe its now time to introduce VLC player with GUI because the missing Qt5 required for VLC default ui is now available

I looked at the latest receipt and build log of vlc from slitaz online cooker. The Qt in BUILD_DEPENDS of vlc receipt was still pointed at Qt4 instead of Qt5. I hope that vlc build receipt will be updated and rebuild it
