dvtm does not work without ncursesw-extra

When launching a command via dvtm (ie [c]dvtm nnn nnn[/c]) I get a new screen with only the prompt. Typing a command in this new screen returns the message [c]Error opening terminal: dtvm[/c].

I saw the receipt uses [c]ncursesw-extra[/c] to cook dvtm; installing the package made dvtm working properly. I suggest to add [c]ncursesw-extra[/c] in [c]$DEPENDS[/c].
