SMTube Error - Cannot download 'youtube-dl/yt-dlp'

So, I have done a fresh install of Slitaz 5 .. and when trying to play videos from SMTube, it asks to download 'youtube-dl' as usual.

However it fails with a message -

"An error has happened while downloading the file: Host requires authentication"

I wonder if anyone has a workaround/solution or maybe could send their working version of youtube-dl to copy to my /tux/bin/youtube-dl

Any help is appriciatied smile

have you try to download it here :

Please, note that youtube-dl is not up to date (last version dec-2021).

And after, read with SMTube.
