Probably because there is no packages-4.0.iso for SliTaz 4 at the moment.

All right. Thank You for an answer. That explains things.

By the way, is there any plan for supplying us with those packages 4.0 on a dvd ? Previous big iso's (3.0 and cooking) were a great addition for people without Internet connection.

I'm sure they'll add it at one point. An alternative that may be of interest is to look into SliTaz Tank, which is designed to have it's own localized packages repository.

Arf, we must create the ISO. I'm not in charge of that and missed it. I will war the one who build them.
