Hi,
I just installed the Midnight Commander Version 4.8.28 on the recent slitaz-rolling-core64.iso.
Then I opened the XTerm Terminal and started mc from the command line. Trying to open the menu File I get mouse errors in the command line. This does not happen using Sakura Terminal or using the application Midnight Commander. Could You please help me?
Regards

Hi Kubepc,
infact i reproduce it also on "current", don't have mc, build it to check.
Found this issue closed
https://github.com/SynoCommunity/spksrc/issues/3258
with TERM=screen-256color, no issue mouse work as expected with mc.
See on receipt we have wrapper [c]mc.sh[/c] that do, also "Midnight Commander" menu entry call mc.sh instead mc
i build on current with slang instead ncurses (same upstream), work both with sakura / xterm without workaround.
mc build for cooking, use slang instead ncurses

Hi Stanislas,
thank You very much for the mc with Your patch from the cooker. I am used to open a XTerm Terminal with <F4> from the PCMan File Manager and then typing mc to open the Midnight Commander. Now it works perfectly for me with no mouse errors.
