tazpkg -l doesn't work proprely in the gtk-only flavor

Hi all,

Doing some tests with the last 4in1 Rolling ISO (20240114), I found a strange behaviour of the [c]tazpkg -l[/c] command booting gtk-only: the command lists the 147 first packages and then near 9400 empty lines @@ ; no issue booting base or justX...

Second issue with gtk-only, I'm unable to open an X session, the system loops on the SLiM screen; adding [c]autologin[/c] in the kernel command line doesn't change anything; booting with [c]screen=text[/c] and then [c]startx[/c] from the tty -> black screen;  Xorg.0.log from gtk-only/justX doesn't show any differences.

justX boots just fine.

I test slitaz-rolling-5-in1.iso on my eeepc, don't see issue for Xorg and display all packages (203) with [c]tazpkg -l[/c].

But see issue with synaptics, can't move mouse (but right click ok)

With core no issue.

for gtk-only

[c]initrd=/boot/rolling/rootfs5.gz,/boot/rolling/rootfs4.gz,/boot/rolling/rootfs3.gz,/boot/rolling/rootfs1.gz rw root=/dev/null vga=normal autlogin BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/rolling/bzImage[/c]

For core

[c]initrd=/boot/rolling/rootfs5.gz,/boot/rolling/rootfs4.gz,/boot/rolling/rootfs3.gz,/boot/rolling/rootfs2.gz,/boot/rolling/rootfs1.gz rw root=/dev/null vga=normal autlogin BOOT_IMAGE=/boot/rolling/bzImage[/c]

For each i do it on sakura term.

I'm not able to reproduce the issue. Rolling is installed in frugal mode and boot with the same menu entry in Grub4dos. Anything has changed and it works normaly today. Probably it'll remain a mistery.

Thank you again. And by the way, no troubles with the mouse in gtk-only on my side.

no problem

for issue with my mouse, think related to xorg-xf86-input-synaptics seem not ship on gtkonly flavor but present in core.

Infact strange if now work as expected today.

Goal it's that not reproduce later
