Unable to install to hard disk

Hi all,

I want to end up with a 64 bit OS with 64 bit kernel and no desktop since it'll be a server but I thought I'd start with the rolling core 64 package first just to try things out.

Upon running slitaz-installer and selecting "install" it asks me to select media. No matter what option I pick, I'd probably go with cdrom or web, I get a window pop up "Select root_uuid". "Sorry, no device, nor file found or available".

I have created an ext4 file system on /dev/sda1 so not sure what gives here. blkid lists the UUID for the file system. tazinst list uuid shows nothing. I don't get it.

Hi nelgin,

can you please post result of [c]blkid -o export[/c] and [c]fdisk -l[/c]

Infact [c]tazinst list uuid[/c] use blkid command, need to check if see your disk.

For mmc device, i know that not work correctly to find it.
