Hi all,
I've written a new tool called TazLab that lets you set up a full SliTaz development environment from any GNU/Linux distribution (Debian, Ubuntu, Arch, Fedora...).
The idea is simple: download a SliTaz ISO, extract the rootfs into a chroot, bind-mount the wok, packages, repos and src directories, then cook packages or hack on SliTaz from your everyday machine — no VM needed.
Features:
- Setup and enter i486, x86_64 or custom chroot environments
- Cook packages directly from the host (tazlab cook x86_64 busybox)
- Clone and manage wok + HG repos
- Test ISOs in QEMU
- Works as a single script — no install required, just ./tazlab
- Minimal dependencies: everything a standard distro already ships

Feedback and contributions welcome — especially from people running non-SliTaz hosts who want to get involved in development.
