Is it possible to activate Activeate Destop Effects from boot

for example:  Activate composite?

There is an example on how to enable them in autostarted applications (Openbox's autostart.sh). Just enable it or uncomment it from the file and it should work for the next boot. If you're asking if you can do it with a boot cheat code then not yet.
