cooking: no modules loaded after upgrading all packages

I succesfully installed cooking on a usbkey with tazusb, but upgrading all the packages with:

tazpkg recharge

tazpkg upgrade

broke all the modules.

it seems that there is a mismatch between the kernel and module versione.

lsmod produce no output.

trying to load the module for my eth0 with

modprobe tg3

outputs this error

modprobe: can't load module libphy (/lib/modules/2.6.37-slitaz/kernel/drivers/net/phy/libphy.ko.gz): invalid module format

dmesg| tail shows this:

soundcore: version magic '2.6.37-slitaz SMP mod_unload 386 ' should be '2.6.37-slitaz SMP mod_unload 486 '

libphy: version magic '2.6.37-slitaz SMP mod_unload 386 ' should be '2.6.37-slitaz SMP mod_unload 486 '

any help is appreciated.

in my experience to upgrade with the total cooking is very risky

use mirrors instead http://mirror.slitaz.org/packages/stable/ then if you want to do some cooking on single update, but you do so keep checking the effect and you can easily go back.

ps use google translate in Italian we would understand better)

Hi, yes cooking is a bit tricky thes time. BUT, kernel processor have change, I set it back to i386 since we got kernel panic with i486 (not so much generic) and we have a new build bot that have alredy rebuild 90% of our ~3000 packages. These new packages works but you have to wait a bit, I will sync the cooking mirror this week, wich mean HUGE update to cooking!

If you want to follow our commit and work (we fixing packages all day long...)
