Configure Realtek Speed & Duplex

Is it possible to configure the speed & duplex mode to 10mbps? Im trying to install slitaz on a pc that has a faulty realtek chip that only works when configured to work at 10mbps full duplex on windows 7.

The chip must have been damaged by static electricity or something thats why it only works at this speed.

#ethtool -s eth0 speed 10 duplex full
