Wireless key with $ is cut off

I am trying to setup my wireless connection with slitaz-cooking, but it doesn't work. One thing I am seeing is, that the key is being cut off at the $ sign. I assume it is treated like a shell variable, so it disappears.

It is only cut off in the UI in the "Configuration" tab after you clicked "Start connection".
