Error in grub with slitaz 4.0 stable

I have a netbook with 2 gigs of flash memory. Other systems, when I can install, the problem of disk space, install and operate normally, but the slitaz gives an error in grub: "root (hd2, 0) error 21: selected disk does not exist". Changing the partition where it was installed, hdc1, then gives the error 23: error while parsing number. I'ma beginner and the only distro that would look good in this net would be slitaz, please help me.

Re: Error in grub with slitaz 4.0 stable

Try this:

1. Enter grub's command line mode (press c at the grub menu)

2. Type [c]kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.37-slitaz root=/dev/hdc1 quiet[/c] and press enter/return.

3. Type [c]boot[/c] and press enter/return.

If that fails to boot SliTaz, it may mean that it's not on hdc1 to begin with.
